LAIIER Joins US Proptech Council

Leading provider of early liquid leak detection for commercial and industrial buildings and equipment joins US proptech organization as part of continued North American growth.

Early liquid leak detection solution provider LAIIER today announced that it has joined the US Proptech Council, the leading nonprofit organization focused on research, education and fostering innovation in the proptech and real estate industries.

Established in 2021, the 700+ member-strong US Proptech Council aims to create a sustainable built environment propelled by technology. This aligns neatly with LAIIER’s commitment to reducing damage and downtime caused by liquid leaks, resulting on both financial savings, and reduction in water loss and CO2 emissions.

“With approximately 5.9 million commercially owned and operated buildings, the US market is a significant focus for LAIIER,” commented Co-founder and CEO Matt Johnson.

“We’re excited to join the US Proptech Council and collaborate with fellow members as we continue to expand our footprint in North America.”
